Just a reminder, as Company Secretary, that voting on the motion being presented at this year’s Annual General Meeting closes at 5pm on Wednesday 7 October 2026.
Eligible members attending the AGM will also be able to cast their vote at the meeting, which will be held on Monday 12 October, commencing at 9am at the Whitworth Pavilion, Bundaberg Recreational Precinct.
Our volunteers have started the roll-in to prepare the rally site, and with great weather, activities and entertainment ahead, a fantastic time is in store for everyone attending. It’s not too late to register. The Rally Programme is available online HERE.
