Itinerary
Day 1: Meet at a private property in Bannockburn for a welcome happy hour at 4 pm, followed by a group dinner. (Happy Hour & Dinner provided; drinks not included.)
Day 2: Board the Spirit of Tasmania for an overnight sailing. (Cabin accommodation included.)
Day 3: Upon arrival, self-drive to Latrobe (map provided). Time for grocery shopping before continuing to Stanley for a two-night stay. (Powered sites with amenities.)
Day 4: Explore Stanley and The Nut, enjoying panoramic views and the charm of this historic seaside town.
Day 5: Depart for Cradle Mountain for a two-night stay. Free time in the afternoon. (Powered sites, non-potable water & amenities.)
Day 6: Discover Cradle Mountain using the hop-on/hop-off buses. (National Parks Pass required at own cost.)
Day 7: Travel to beautiful Strahan for a two-night stay. (Powered sites with full amenities & dump point) Optional evening play: The Ship That Never Was.
Day 8: Board the premium deck for a Gordon River Cruise, including afternoon tea, buffet dinner, and all drinks (beer and wine included).
Day 9: Depart for Queenstown for a two-night stay. (Powered sites with amenities.) Enjoy an afternoon RFDS sausage sizzle fundraiser.
Day 10: Enjoy a half-day majestic steam train journey through the scenic Tasmanian wilderness. (Morning tea included.)
Day 11: Travel to Tarraleah, driving through spectacular scenery stopping at Lake St Clair and Derwent Bridge. Group dinner in the evening. (Dinner included.)
Day 12: Travel to Hobart, staying at Barilla Caravan Park for three nights. Stopping along the way to take in the sights. (Optional Pennicott Bruny Island Tour available)
Day 13–14: Free time to explore Hobart, including the Salamanca Markets and historic attractions.
Day 15: Head south to Geeveston for a two-night stay. Free time to explore or visit Tahune Airwalk, Southport, or maybe take a boat ride to Bruny Island.
Day 16: Free day at Geeveston after you relax and enjoy a bacon and egg breakfast fundraiser for the RFDS.
Day 17–19: Travel to Port Arthur for three nights (power, full amenities & dump point). Spend two days exploring the Port Arthur Historic Site (optional entry and tour). Then another free day to explore the Tasman Peninsula.
Day 20: Travel to and stay overnight at Bangor Vineyard. Enjoy a guided bus tour of this historic property with lunch included. (Bush camp, no amenities.)
Day 21: Travel to Oatlands for an overnight stay. (No amenities.)
Day 22–23: Head to Coles Bay for two nights (power & amenities). Enjoy a Wineglass Bay cruise with lunch included.
Day 24: Travel to St Helens for free time and a group dinner at a local restaurant. (Dinner included; drinks not included.)
Day 25–26: Continue to Bridport for two nights (power & water etc). Free day to explore the area.
Day 27–28: Travel to Launceston via Georgetown and Low Head. (Optional Tamar River Cruise). Enjoy a farewell pizza dinner. (Dinner included; drinks not included.)
Day 29: Return to Devonport and board the Spirit of Tasmania for an overnight sailing back to the mainland. (Cabin accommodation included.)
